Gorillaland is proud to offer, for the first time, a safari into the Congo Jungle. The ten-day itinerary starts and ends in Kigali, Rwanda, and journeys by road, air and river into the tropical forests surrounding Walikale, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The safari includes white-water rafting on the Luhoho River.
This is a rare opportunity to glimpse one of the world’s most bio-diverse regions, go gorilla and chimp trekking, and a chance to spot okapi and many other species endemic to the Congo River Basin.
