African Gorillas are friendly in nature, but if they feel threatened, they can become fearful or angry.
In groups of African Gorillas, there is sometimes violence among them. As the two opponent groups of these African Gorillas meet together, than have been known to have battles that can even lead to death with one another.
They use there canines during an attack and this can seriously injure another Gorilla that comes into contact with a hostile member of their group.
This animal hoots on others of the different group to invite them to the fight and they may also throw things on each other to engage in a fight, or they may kick their opponent or they may beat the chest of other to injure them. African Gorillas seem fearless but when a lizard passes near them then they are observed to be frightened.
